Delivery

Processing time - Every Item is made to order so please keep in mind it can take up to 7-8 business days for your order to be processed and this excludes shipping/transit times.

Unfortunately we do not offer express delivery yet, but will in the near future. All items can take up to 12 business days depending on location. Please also note that COVID has significantly affected the delivery times and may take longer to arrive to you. 

If your item has not been delivered within the specified timeframe or showing as delivered and you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can further investigate this. 

Returns & Exchanges

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Due to our candles being made to order we do not process refunds. If you have any concerns, please contact us on flying_bats@hotmail.com and we will be more than happy to help
