Due to the amount of orders we receive and the attention to detail that is involved in creating all of our products, our current turn around time is 7-10 business days approx excluding dispatch. Please refer to each product page as it will display the most updated turn around time for that item. 

We send everything via Australia Post and all of our packages are sent using the express service only. The reason for this is that our products are fragile and sensitive to the environment eg. weather. Any delays could damage the product which is why we want it to get there as quickly as possible to minimize this. 

Upon dispatch we will send you a email with the tracking details for you to follow your consignment throughout it's journey.

If your parcel arrives damaged/broken, please contact us immediately so we can come to a solution.

If the courier driver attempts delivery and is unable to deliver successfully, he may take this to your local post office which is why it is important to refer to your tracking. If your package is not collected within 10 business days, the post office will return this back to sender. If this happens, please contact us immediately to advise if you would like it re-sent. Please note that if this is the case, the buyer will have to pay for the redelivery fees. Most boxes that come back to us cannot be resent using the same box so we have to re package everything which we are happy to do at no cost therefore the redelivery fees must be paid for by the customer.

We do not offer exchange or returns due to the nature of our products.
